By accessing or using TradeTrends (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

TradeTrends provides AI-assisted analytical tools that generate statistical interpretations, structural classifications, projections, and summaries based on user-submitted screenshots, ticker symbols, and related inputs.

The Service does not execute trades, hold assets, manage funds, provide brokerage services, or provide personalized investment recommendations.

3. Informational and Educational Use Only

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nothing constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or asset.

You are solely responsible for evaluating information provided by the Service and for all decisions you make.

4. No Investment Adviser or Fiduciary Relationship

TradeTrends is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, commodity trading advisor, or financial institution.

Your use of the Service does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and TradeTrends.

5. Market Risk and No Guarantees

Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including total loss of capital.

Historical performance, pattern similarity, statistical projections, volatility estimates, or “expected ranges” do not guarantee future results.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misinterpreted, or based on imperfect data inputs.

You acknowledge that you assume all risk associated with reliance on the Service.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses automated systems and machine learning models. AI outputs may contain errors, misclassifications, hallucinations, or incorrect interpretations of chart images or data.

Outputs are probabilistic and descriptive in nature. They are not predictive guarantees.

7. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risk.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit such content.

By submitting content, you grant TradeTrends a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and store that content solely for purposes of operating and improving the Service.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
• Use outputs to mislead or defraud others.
• Upload unlawful or infringing material.
• Attempt to bypass authentication or rate limits.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, models, and branding, is owned by TradeTrends and protected by intellectual property law.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADETRENDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TRADETRENDS’ TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TradeTrends, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any permitted court action shall be in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
